This hotel is always clean! The rooms are a little dated, but as long as I feel clean I never mind. The free breakfast is always hot and fresh and the attendant is constantly replenishing and friendly. Pool is clean and quiet. Customer service is always really good. Never have an issue! I have stayed here 4 times now. Laundry onsite, and they give a discount to the ale house and dairy queen next door!

Everything was just right. Excellent and first customer service staff were excellent and over and beyond expectations, extremely helpful which made the experience so much more meaningful and special in every way.

Room was very clean, there was enough towels and supplies for the days we were there. If you needed more you just had to ask and they brought it to you. Breakfast was good and area was very clean. Pool area was nice. The location was great for me and what I had to do.. the only thing I wish is that there was a more comfy chair in the room like the ones you have in your lobby area. Thank you

The location is perfect, just a short drive to the park's entrance, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure a great stay. The amenities, including a pool and a delicious complimentary breakfast, were a great bonus. Overall, a beautiful place with excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Arches National Park!

I've been visiting Best Western on Ford Rd, twice a year for the last six years. Food options need to be upgraded. The staff on this visit, has not helpful or friendly @ all. I stayed a total of six days. Was not happy with customer service.

Location of hotel was easy to find. Clean. Easy to find room; I’ve been to some where you needed a map to find your room. The lady that done the breakfast was the best part. The eggs were good (good flavor) and she was absolutely the sweetest to my boys; I have a Down Syndrome son and typical son. Always friendly and saying good morning. That makes for a great start of day. You hired one awesome lady.

Best thing was the reception. The woman was a local and provided me invaluable information about the local area and places to visit only a long-time local would know. Also, directed me to places I was hoping to visit. She was wonderful. Now I’m frustrated with myself because I don’t have her name to report.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location was convenient, close to restaurants and main attractions. Excellent value for money!
